Hello Everyone! Rather than see this group dissapear, I'm going to do my best to try to help organize it. If anyone wants to help, please let me know! I'll try to keep it with a similar focus, but may be making a few additions and changes to try to broaden the meetup opportunities to additional hosts and presentations. More TBA!
This group is focused around 4 major points...
1) Every Day Beauty- comes from the inside out. Creating awareness of what you put into your body as well as what you put onto your body will help to create a more healthful and beautiful you.
2) Stress Management- We all experience stress of some kind. Learning how to manage our physical, mental and emotional responses to it makes can make an incredible impact in your life.
3) Yoga- It is such a powerful and wonderful tool to bring strength, flexibility & a mental peace which is spread in turn to everyone around us.
4) Weight Management/Loss- When we combine healthful habits (eating, exercise, relaxation) our body is able to function better, this often includes shedding some unwanted weight that has stored in our body as either a result of overeating, over stressing, or lack of exercise.
